LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a skilled Maintenance Manager to oversee all maintenance functions at a large-scale production facility. This role provides strategic leadership while ensuring safe, efficient, and reliable plant operations. The position will manage a multi-shift team responsible for production line maintenance, utilities, and facility systems.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and develop a diverse maintenance team, driving a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.Manage and enhance preventive and predictive maintenance programs to improve reliability and reduce downtime.Oversee maintenance budgets, identifying opportunities for efficiency and cost control.Ensure compliance with all regulatory safety programs and company standards.Collaborate with engineering and leadership on capital projects and process improvements.Support sustainability initiatives related to energy, water conservation, and waste reduction.Utilize a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) to plan, schedule, and track maintenance activities.QualificationsProven leadership experience in maintenance management within a high-speed manufacturing environment.Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and industrial systems.Experience in food or beverage processing preferred, including familiarity with GMP and related quality systems.Background in continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, TPM, 5S) a plus.Proficiency in CMMS systems and data-driven decision making.Ability to work a flexible schedule to support multiple shifts.Bachelor’s degree or equivalent hands-on experience.Skills & AttributesExcellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.Demonstrated ability to improve equipment reliability and overall plant performance.Comfortable working in both office and production floor environments.BonusEligible for up to 16% annual bonus, not guaranteed and based on performance metricsHow to ApplyIf you are a proactive maintenance leader ready to make a measurable impact in a fast-paced environment, apply today through LHH Recruitment Solutions.
