  • Maintains and documents communication with clients through letters and telephone throughout the development and completion of a project
  • Monitors team members' progress and advises team members of schedules and deadlines
  • Reviews schedules and budgets relative to project progress and completion
  • Conducts project status review checking accuracy of work completed and monitors timeliness of project completion
  • Attends meetings on project management
  • Assists Project Managers with any administrative duties concerning the completion of the assigned project
  • Maintains project file
  • Assists Project Manager in preparation of engineering studies and reports
  • Provide technical guidance and training to members of the project team


Qualifications -


  • Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or Chemical Engineering
  • 5+ years experience in the consulting industry
  • Possess a strong desire for a career working in the Water and Wastewater, land development, or utility field
  • Proficientand demonstrated applied experience with CAD civil engineering software such as Bentley Open Roads Designer and/or Autodesk Civil 3D; specialty civil platforms(e.g., Openflows) as required
  • Principles of civil engineering programs, land-use planning, and construction project management
  • Federal and state codes and regulations governing civil engineering and public works projects
  • Fundamentals of civil engineering plans and specifications and advanced mathematics and physics
  • Technical drafting principles and mapping and construction survey methods, techniques, and procedures
