About the Role:

As a PT with us, you'll provide top-tier physical therapy. You'll follow the Illinois Practice Act. Your work will help patients regain their health. You will work closely with a multi-disciplinary medical team. You'll perform objective tests, develop and progress treatment plans, and ensure high-quality, personalized care for each patient. We support your growth. We want you to improve every patient experience.

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver quality outpatient care with measurable outcomes. Focus on objective tests and effective exercise progress.

• Engage in patient education and communication to foster understanding and positive outcomes.

• Document and bill on time to ensure compliance and productivity (220+ units per week).

• Help to encourage a "graduation" based mindset in all of your PTAs-we want our patients to reach their goals

• Work with a multidisciplinary team. Use teamwork and communication to raise care standards.
