Position: Primary Care Physician
Location: Phoenix, AZ/ Mesa, AZ
Duration: Full-Time [Permanent]
Shift: Hours M-F 8am-5pm, open to a 36 hour 4 day work week but base salary would be adjusted.
No nights, weekends, hospital rounding, light on call (4x a year)
Full benefits as of day 1 of employment – medical, dental, vision Rx, matching 401k
Responsibilities:
1. This position is responsible for providing excellent care to patients in an outpatient clinical setting.
2. This is specifically for adult medicine and geriatric medicine.
3. The incumbent must be effective in unifying the business, operational, support and clinical arms into a cohesive team.
Qualifications:
- MD or DO Degree Board Certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine (new grads welcome)
- Active and unrestricted AZ medical license(or ability to obtain)
- 1-2 years of experience in primary care or IM or completed an FM/IM residency
- Experience in managing an adult and geriatric panel,
- Ability to do womens well visits or willing to learn.
- Outpatient practice experience, preferred Proficient computer skills - MS Office Products (Word/Excel) and Electronic Health Records systems
- Demonstrates flexibility
- Displays excellent/compassionate communication skills with staff and patients
- Epic experience, a plus – not required
