Solar Site Superintendent

We are working with a leading Construction and EPC firm with more than 30 years of experience completing complex energy and infrastructure projects across the country.

Their renewable energy division has successfully completed over 2 GW of large commercial, community solar, and utility-scale projects.

The Superintendent will serve as the primary contact for field operations and oversee crew and equipment availability. This role demands strong technical expertise in fieldwork, problem-solving, and project planning, specifically in underground utility installations. Key responsibilities include coordinating on-site teams and subcontractors, ensuring adherence to safety standards, and fostering effective communication among all stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have:

• 10+ years of supervisory experience, ideally in utility construction
• Proven ability to run multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills to motivate and manage teams.
• Safety certifications in civil construction (OSHA10, OSHA30, Trench Safety, Confined Space, CPR) or willingness to obtain within 6 months

Salary Range: $80k-125k plus 100% paid health benefits package for employees and their dependents, 401k, and company truck + fuel card
