Accounting Associate - Bryan, TX

We're currently on the lookout for a dedicated Retail Accountant based in Bryan, TX, to specialize in Finance Department operations spanning Ford, Chevy, and Dodge vehicles. Responsibilities in the Finance Department:

Act as a Retail Billing Clerk, meticulously handling wholesale and dealer trade transactions.

Manage payment remittance and reconcile accounts for new Finance & Insurance (F&I) business, covering a range of products including Axiom, Ford ESP, GM Protection Plan, Mopar Vehicle Protection, Gap Insurance, and CLAH insurance.

Efficiently process cancellations for all F&I products.

Perform reconciliation of F&I Dealer Reserve accounts.

Facilitate the stocking-in process for new, used, and fleet inventory vehicles.

Qualifications for Accounting Associate - Bryan, TX:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting and/or finance.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, data entry, and various accounting software programs.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and time management abilities.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Meticulous attention to detail.
