We are seeking a Technical Project Manager - ServiceNow who will work closely with the team lead/project owner to drive project success. The projects require someone who can run processes to manage the team's schedule, resources, and budget. Primary responsibilities are to ensure each project management process area is performed with high effectiveness.


Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and define specifications and modifications for the ServiceNow platform in terms of business needs and applying that to Enterprise organizational objectives and provide technical leadership for planning, designing, upgrading, installing, testing, implementing, documenting.
  • Provide subject matter knowledge to the ServiceNow application and ability to implement modules and other third-party integrations and applications used within the environment.
  • Work across multiple methodologies, including Agile, DevOps, Automation and CICD practices and technologies.
  • Interface with clients on technical and business issues from project initiation through delivery.
  • Run point in defining solutions, planning for the implementation, and driving delivery.
  • Strong self-starter skills and problem-solving capability.
  • Identify and mitigate risks and issues.
  • Consistently communicate and manage expectations.
  • Present and explain your team's analyses and recommendations to stakeholders
  • Manage and maintain standard project tools and templates, including project schedule, issues logs, risk summary, status reports, meeting minutes, etc.
  • Excellence in running multiple product suites and leading cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in launching multiple large-scale product end to end.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills


Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years ServiceNow experience
  • 10+ years in a relevant role
  • Proven consulting experience
  • Skilled at using a variety of program/project management methodologies, approaches, and tools
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skill
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to communicate complex concepts with technologists and non-technical stakeholders to define technical solutions and manage tasks required for project success


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior consulting experience with big four consulting
  • Agile delivery experience preferred
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
