Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Maintenance Supervisor based in Kansas City, KS. The Maintenance Supervisor will oversee the daily operations of property maintenance and repair, ensure the proper functioning of all equipment, and perform preventive maintenance. Responsibilities include supervising maintenance staff, troubleshooting issues, ensuring timely work order completion, maintaining compliance with safety regulations, and coordinating with vendors or contractors as needed. This is a working supervisor position. This role will be expected to conduct work orders as well not just managerial responsibility. Qualifications Strong supervisory skills, with the ability to lead and coordinate a team effectively.Proficiency in equipment maintenance and management of preventive maintenance activities.Expertise in maintenance and repair, with a focus on ensuring property functionality and safety.Problem-solving abilities, including troubleshooting and resolving maintenance-related issues efficiently.Knowledge of safety practices, tools, and equipment related to the maintenance field.Excellent organizational and time-management skills.High school diploma or GED required; certification in a related trade or technical field is a plus.Experience in residential property management or a related field is preferred.
