Job Title: MDM Lead

Location: South SFO, CA



Description:

8+ years of experience in Reltio MDM / custom component in MDM with Java background

Working knowledge of Oracle, SQL server, and other major databases

Perform root cause analysis and resolution of issues with reports and data model

Excellent query writing skills

Good Team Player

Excellent communication skills and experience in onsite-offshore team coordination

Extensive hands-on experience Hadoop or Apache Spark, Cassandra

Strong Java, REST Services, No SQL Database experience

5+ years’ experience as an implementation consultant for Reltio Customer MDM and related technologies

Experience with Oracle RDBMS

Experience in tuning all aspects of MDM processing Unix and/or other scripting experience

8+ years of experience in the Customer MDM areas

Experience in Multidomain MDM administration and implementing upgrades using MDM cloud environment.

Comprehensive knowledge of ETL and Data Quality processes in MDM cloud.

Hands-on experience and intermediate scripting skills in Operating Systems ( Unix and Linux).


Responsibilities

Develop solution in highly demanding environment and provide hands on guidance to other team members Head complex Reltio based MDM requirements and design

Implement an Reltio based MDM solution fulfilling stringent performance requirements

Collaborate with product development teams and senior designers to develop architectural requirements to ensure client satisfaction with product Assess requirements for completeness and accuracy

Determine if requirements are actionable for Reltio based MDM team

Define standardization rules match and merge rules configuring thresholds, configuring events and integration of data to from MDM

Conduct impact assessment and determine size of effort based on requirements

Develop full SDLC project plans to implement Reltio based MDM solution and identify resource requirements

Perform as active leading role in shaping and enhancing overall Reltio based MDM architecture

Participating in process and functional design activities, carrying out application design, build, test, and deploy activities for Reltio MDM and all integrating applications.

Planning, developing, executing data conversion routines

Driving user acceptance test planning and execution

Gathering functional and technical requirements as inputs into the overall solution design

Estimating and planning work for all phases of the software development lifecycle
