***LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY***Lead Financial Analyst – RCM FP&ALocation: Hybrid (3 days onsite / 2 days remote – Wednesdays in office required)Compensation: $100,000–$110,000 base salaryWork Environment: Collaborative, analytical, fast-paced healthcare finance teamOverviewOur client, a growing healthcare organization is seeking a Lead Financial Analyst – RCM FP&A to provide strategic financial and analytical support to Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) and Order-to-Cash functions, including Customer Service and Referral Management. This role will partner closely with senior leadership to drive financial insight, improve collectability, and optimize revenue performance through deep data analytics. This is a highly visible role for an analytically strong finance professional who enjoys working with large data sets, influencing stakeholders, and translating complex data into actionable business insights.Key ResponsibilitiesRevenue Cycle Management & Analytics (80%)Serve as a finance partner to RCM and Order-to-Cash leadership, providing data-driven insightsAnalyze large, complex data sets using tools such as Power BI, Power Query, and ExcelDevelop and report on KPIs related to AR aging, collection rates, denials, audits, bad debt, and payer adjustmentsPrepare monthly collectability, write-off, denial, and audit reportingBuild financial models to forecast and measure the impact of initiatives aimed at improving payments and reducing denialsIdentify trends, risks, and opportunities and clearly communicate findings to leadershipSupport SG&A management and efficiency initiatives within the Order-to-Cash functionComplete ad-hoc analyses and special projects as requestedFinancial Planning & Analysis (20%)Support the annual budgeting, monthly forecasting, and close processesImprove monthly OPEX and headcount reporting for the Order-to-Cash organizationAssist with ongoing FP&A initiatives and cross-functional projectsQualifications8+ years of finance experience, including 3+ years in FP&A, Revenue Cycle, reimbursement, or cost analysis within a healthcare environmentBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA and/or CPA preferredAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI requiredStrong experience manipulating large data sets across multiple systemsExceptional analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving skillsAbility to partner effectively with senior leadership and communicate complex financial concepts clearlyStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlinesExperience with Brightree is a plusWhy This RoleHigh-impact, highly visible role supporting core revenue performanceOpportunity to influence decision-making and drive measurable financial improvementsHybrid schedule with consistent in-office collaborationCompetitive compensation and exposure to senior leadership
