System Analyst

Job Description:

We are seeking a talented Systems Analyst to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities:

• Utilize Famous software to streamline data management and improve data visualization for better decision-making.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using Power BI to provide insights into business performance.
• Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and debugging to ensure smooth system operation.
• Provide training and support to end-users to maximize system utilization and efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between business goals and system capabilities.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to recommend innovative solutions and technologies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Systems Analyst or similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Famous software for data management and analytics.
• Experience with Power BI or similar business intelligence tools for report development and data visualization.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
