Position: Florida Managing Attorney


Location: Flexible (must be based in Florida)


Responsibilities Include:


• Leading and managing our Florida legal team, ensuring high standards of legal practice and client service

• Building and maintaining client relationships, while representing Lento Law Group in Florida with integrity

• Overseeing case strategy, development, and successful case resolution in diverse practice areas

• Driving office growth, including networking, client acquisition, and community involvement


Qualifications:


• Licensed to practice law in Florida with 7+ years of experience in personal injury or similar practice areas

• Proven track record in managing cases, teams, and client relationships

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

• Passion for client advocacy and community engagement
