Position Details:

Experienced Heating & Cooling Service Technician who possesses Excellent skills working with Boilers, Furnaces & Air Conditioning & more.

Required Qualifications:

  • 1+ Years prior professional HVAC service experience AND/ OR going to school for the HVAC Trade
  • Clean Driving record
  • Excellent and clear communication skills with the team and customer
  • Knowing when to ask for help
  • Exceptional Organizational skills.
  • Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
  • Job Duties:
  • Inspect and perform equipment repairs and replacements on boilers, gas furnaces, ductless splits, air conditioners & small rooftops, Thermostats, Humidifiers.
  • Perform routine preventative maintenance
  • To be on rotation for on-call-nightly & weekends
  • Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
  • Identify a plugged Secondary
  • Identify the need for upselling on a filter, humidifier, dehumidifier or IAQ product
