Would you like to be introduced to  every discipline across the land development spectrum? Engineering, architecture, land planning, landscape architecture, construction, home builder, finance, investing, accounting, HOA, marketing, etc.?

Land Innovations is seeking to hire a Summer Intern. An ideal candidate will be currently studying civil engineering, architecture, land planning, landscape architecture, and/or construction management and/or finance and have a demonstrated strong academic record and a meaningful involvement in activities outside of school.

The LI Way:

As a Summer Intern with LI you will learn our unique approach by working alongside our entire team. We love to provide challenges and projects that our interns get to own from start to finish. We believe that we learn through hands on experience.

Our Summer Intern will:

• Currently be enrolled and seeking an undergraduate degree in civil engineering, architecture, construction management, landscape architecture, or land planning.
• Have personal experience in the land development industry, is not required, but preferred.
• It is a plus to have skills in hand and/or computer aided drafting software, graphic software.
• Identifies as a creative problem solver - A work or internship history of digging in, resolving issues, and connecting the dots.
• Maintains a positive attitude, communicates well, adapts to ever changing and challenging situations.
• Proven organizational skills that will allow you to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple concurrent projects under the oversight and mentorship of the partners.
• Efficiently and effectively manages the timely completion of tasks.
• Exemplifies grit: perseverance, determination, passionate, and a strong work ethic.

Hourly Rate:

All internships are paid an hourly rate based on resume, experience level, and work expertise beginning and ranging from $15/hr to $25/hr.
