Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their hiring needs, company culture, and specific job requirements.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, or a related field.
- Preferred, 1+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a staffing agency environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and CRM software.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Passion for helping candidates find their ideal roles and for assisting clients in building strong teams.
