Job Summary

We seek an experienced Tridium Programmer with advanced building automation systems (BAS) skills to support cutting-edge commercial projects in Ventura, CA. This role is ideal for a highly skilled programmer with 5+ years of expertise in Tridium, Niagara, and Distech platforms, who is committed to optimizing control strategies for energy efficiency, seamless system integration, and enhanced building performance.

Responsibilities

• Program and optimize BAS control systems using Tridium, Niagara, and Distech platforms to meet unique project specifications and efficiency goals.
• Integrate diverse building systems and devices to ensure reliable communication and peak performance across HVAC, lighting, and other mechanical systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve programming issues, ensuring system reliability, compliance, and optimized functionality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional project teams, including engineers and technicians, to deliver solutions that align with project objectives.
• Document programming activities, maintain comprehensive records of code and configurations, and support commissioning to confirm system readiness and performance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Tridium, Niagara, and Distech programming for building automation systems.
• In-depth knowledge of control strategies and integration principles in commercial building applications.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex BAS programming issues.
• Effective communicator with excellent client-facing skills to gather requirements and deliver technical support.
• Local and stable work history in Ventura, CA, or willingness to relocate, demonstrating commitment and reliability within the industry.
