Job Description


Essential Purpose of the Job:

The Regional Director (RD) serves as the leader of the day-to-day operational activities of their Williamsville, New York support center to achieve maximum profitability. The Regional Director will advise, recommend and assist the Local Support Center in the formulation of overall Company objectives, policies, and plans. The Regional Director serves the primary sales role in both the dissemination of information pertaining to and the direct control of franchise sales. The Regional Director provides leadership for building a culture that is consistent with the Company’s Passion, Vision, Mission, and Values.


Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Minimum Experience: 3 or more years of sales management experience.
  • Minimum Education: College Degree or outstanding history in the work force.
  • Experience managing and developing a high-performing team to achieve top performance, utilizing your proven experience in team leadership.
  • Demonstrate a strong background in hunter sales, including cold calling and lead generation.
  • Drive team performance to meet and exceed company goals.
  • Experience managing multiple departments (Sales and Operations)
  • CRM experience, with High Jump Software and/or cIMS preferred but not required.
  • Action oriented with a drive for results. Demonstrates perseverance by pursuing goals with energy, drive, and a need to finish.
  • Ability to speak effectively in interpersonal situations and before groups of Franchised Business Owners and their customers.
  • Solid experience managing and leading the activities of a skilled, diverse, and dedicated sales staff.
  • Proven track record- reducing costs and improving efficiencies.
  • Highly motivated and able to influence and motivate others.
  • Ability to travel to annual meeting, quarterly trainings and other meetings as directed.
  • High-level of ethics and integrity


Preferred Experience:

  • Direct to store or E-commerce experience/background desired.
  • Experience managing high value and high-volume freight.
  • Knowledge with SCAC Codes (“standard carrier alpha code”) bills of laden, advanced shipping notices (ASN) and route guides/shipping requirements for major retailers.
  • Experience with warehouse or transportation management systems.
  • Print and apply and automation experience.
  • A detailed understanding of the franchising business is a plus.
  • Previous P/L management experience, preferred.
  • Operational experience in the service industry is recommended, preferred.
  • Business Planning’ experience for a regional territory, preferred.
