Title: Salesforce Pardot Administrator
Location: Sunnyvale, CA
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Pardot Administrator/Developer Possession of certifications such as Pardot Specialist, Pardot Consultant, or Pardot Developer.
- Proficiency in integrating Pardot with Salesforce CRM, ensuring seamless data synchronization and lead routing.
- Experience with customization of Pardot assets using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and experience in implementing custom solutions via Pardot API is a plus.
- Ability to analyze marketing data, interpret campaign performance metrics, and derive actionable insights for optimization.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities to troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions within Pardot and Salesforce integration..
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to understand their goals and objectives, and translate them into effective Pardot campaigns, landing pages, forms, and lead scoring programs.
- Build, maintain, and optimize marketing automation workflows, ensuring seamless integration with Salesforce CRM.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Develop and implement custom solutions using Pardot API and related technologies to enhance marketing automation capabilities.
- Provide technical support to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Pardot integrations and campaigns.
- Stay updated on the latest Pardot features, industry trends, and best practices to ensure optimal utilization of the platform.
