We're hiring a driven future Sales Manager to train, grow, and eventually take charge of in-store sales, team development, and delivering top-tier customer service.Responsibilities: Lead from the front: Set the standard by engaging with customers, delivering expert product presentations, and closing sales.Coach & Develop: Support, train, and motivate a team of sales consultants to meet and exceed weekly goals.Collaborate: Work closely with upper management to identify growth opportunities, optimize in-store strategy, and drive results.Support Sales Operations: Ensure day-to-day floor operations run smoothly, customer inquiries are resolved efficiently, and service quality remains high.Own the Numbers: Track performance metrics, provide feedback, and celebrate wins with your team.Qualifications: People-First Leader: You thrive in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment and know how to bring out the best in others.Sales Savvy: Prior experience in retail, B2C, or consultative sales is preferred but not required.Strong Communicator: You're confident, articulate, and comfortable guiding others through decision-making.Reliable TransportationBenefits:Base Pay + Uncapped Commissions- Starting at $15/hr + uncapped commissions.
