Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Project Manager role located in Norwood, MA. The Project Manager will be responsible for daily expedited tasks, managing logistics, project management, and inspections.

Our ideal Project Manager must have at least 3+ years of experience in the industry, and demonstrate the ability to manage water/mold/smoke remediation jobs promptly and within budget. Their responsibilities include:

  • Schedule and assign remediation jobs to technicians.
  • Responsible for updating all information in the software after the job visit
  • Ensure all technician's paperwork is accurate
  • Work closely with homeowners, scheduling the job through completion.
  • Work closely with insurance companies, adjusters, and account representatives
  • Ensure the certificate of satisfaction is signed upon job completion by the customer.
