Ultimate Staffing is working with a leader in the manufacturing industry located in the Meriden, CT area who is looking to bring on a new HRIS Analyst. This is a full-time onsite role and is a direct placement opportunity.

• Collaborates with HR staff to develop and modify the HRIS systems.
• Prepares reports and presents findings and recommendations to the Senior HR team.
• 3+ years of experience with HR business systems, HRIS experience, and Dayforce system experience a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Technical understanding of all areas of information systems and HRIS products.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, knowledge of relational database, SQL, Transact SQL.
