Summary:

(Client) is in the process of migrating their Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) solution, which serves as the SSO platform to their residential, large and small commercial, and non profit accounts and customers.


The platform is currently based on an Azure Active Directory B2C tenant (Azure), acting as the Identity Provider (IdP) to about 1.5 million accounts. There are four (4) main customer facing web portals, one back-end application, and two mobile applications at the Client:

  • Account Link Advantage/ALA (large commercial)
  • Apartment Link (building/landlords)
  • Agency Link (non-profits)
  • My Account (residential)
  • Hybrid web/native mobile application (iPhone/Android), recreating the My Account experience for customers.
  • Oracle Utilities Customer Care and Billing (CC&B)
