Match daily AP invoices with receiving paperwork via three-way match

-Ensue payables are entered and filed correctly

-Follow up with vendors as needed on status of open orders & payments

-Prepare and run check runs

-Answer and transfer phone calls, appropriately forwarding messages and following up on inquires

-Receive mail, packages & deliveries

-Other financial and general office duties as needed by Controller and management

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
