A leading player in the financial industry is seeking talented Private Equity Senior Associates and Associates to join their team in Miami. In this role, you will play a crucial part in shaping the success of our equity strategies and investment portfolios.


Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with senior team members to analyze and evaluate potential equity opportunities.
  • Conduct due diligence on potential investments, including financial analysis, risk assessment, and industry research.
  • Assist in the structuring and execution of equity transactions, ensuring alignment with investment strategies.

  • Solid understanding of equity markets, financial analysis, and investment principles.
  • Excellent analytical and quantitative skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively within a collaborative team environment.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment and manage multiple tasks concurrently.
