Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Leadership Development Manager to ensure our managers operate at their maximum potential. This role involves providing coaching, training, and support to managers and their teams, driving key strategies, addressing day-to-day issues, and fostering leadership development at all levels within SPM.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Maximize Manager Potential: Provide coaching and training to managers to ensure their success. Support managers' teams in implementing key strategies and addressing day-to-day issues.
  • Leadership Development: Foster leadership development at all levels within SPM. Conduct regular 1:1 meetings with managers and supervisors to align on priorities, obstacles, and needs.
  • Strategic Alignment: Ensure the organization’s processes, systems, metrics, and strategic planning actions are on track. Hold managers accountable for the implementation and maintenance of Strategic Plan actions.
  • Organizational Effectiveness: Maintain organizational effectiveness through accountability, recognition, and corrective action. Address and resolve concerns and issues promptly.
  • Process Improvement: Work with managers to ensure department processes are followed, maintained, communicated, and continuously improved.
  • Team Building: Create a strong team of managers and develop bench strength to eliminate gaps. Identify and nurture potential future leaders.
  • Leadership Team Member
  • Responsible for managing HR team, overseeing all HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and HR compliance.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in leadership development and management coaching.
  • Strong understanding of organizational processes and strategic planning.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to hold individuals accountable and drive performance.
  • Experience in resolving issues and implementing corrective actions.
  • Commitment to fostering a positive organizational culture.
