Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Superintendent to oversee renovation projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing high-profile construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. As a Superintendent, you will play a critical role in maintaining a commitment to excellence and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all on-site construction activities for high-profile renovation projects.
- Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company policies.
- Maintain effective communication with clients, architects, designers, and project managers.
- Monitor project progress, prepare daily reports, and address any issues that arise.
- Conduct quality control inspections to ensure adherence to specifications and standards.
- Manage project budgets, control costs, and minimize waste.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Superintendent in high-profile renovation projects within the retail, office, luxury residential, or healthcare sectors.
- Proven track record of successfully completing high-quality projects in NYC.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering plans.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
- OSHA certification and other relevant construction safety training preferred.
