This role requires strong leadership, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead engineering projects from concept to completion.
  • Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resources.
  • Coordinate with R&D, quality, regulatory, and manufacturing teams.
  • Ensure adherence to FDA, ISO, and other regulatory standards.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentor junior engineers.
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the engineering team.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).
  • 5+ years of project engineering experience, preferably in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Proficient in project management tools and methodologies.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements (FDA, ISO 13485).
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
