Job Description:


We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Installation Technician / Delivery Driver to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the safe transportation and professional installation of our products at customers' homes. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong commitment to customer satisfaction, and the ability to work efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Product Handling and Transportation:

  - Pick up products and materials from our warehouse

  - Safely transport products and materials to customers' houses

  - Return unused materials to the warehouse after job completion


2. Installation and Customer Service:

  - Perform installations according to company standards and procedures

  - Safeguard customers' property using dust covers, drop cloths, and other protective measures

  - Maintain a clean and organized job site throughout the installation process

  - Conduct proper walk-throughs with customers upon job completion

  - Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and the main office


3. Documentation and Compliance:

  - Complete Installation Checklists and Walk-Thru Checklists for all jobs

  - Submit all required documentation to the main office in a timely manner

  - Attend all required training sessions and installer meetings as scheduled

1. Technical Skills and Installation Expertise:

  - Install all products plumb, level, and square

  - Follow specifications provided in the Installation Package

  - Properly flash, tape, and caulk products to prevent water and air infiltration

  - Shim installed products to prevent excess movement, bowing, or sagging, and ensure proper operation


2. Physical Requirements:

  - Ability to lift 75+ pounds

3. Appearance and Professionalism:

  - Maintain a clean-shaven appearance or keep facial hair neat and evenly trimmed

  - Keep hairstyles neat and professional

  - Dress professionally in business attire (no ripped clothing permitted)


4. Personal Qualities:

  - Reliable and punctual

  - Strong attention to detail

  - Ability to read and write proficiently


5. Additional Requirements:

  - Must have reliable transportation

  - Valid driver's license and clean driving record (as mentioned in the previous section)
