This role supports the Regional Credit Supervisor and Manager. *3-month contract


What you'll do:

  • Investigate and verify new account credit applications and recommend credit limits.
  • Set up new accounts in our database accurately and promptly.
  • Evaluate and address orders on hold, supporting sales representatives as needed.
  • Conduct credit reviews and maintain customer account information.
  • Prepare and review weekly status reports for credit and sales management.
  • Manage customer account risks using our Credit and Collections system.
  • Assist the sales team with troubleshooting customer account issues and billing discrepancies.

  • Office is 15 min. north of downtown Ft. Worth
  • In-office M-F
  • Hours 7:30-4:30pm
  • $22.50 per hour
  • Training provided


What you bring:

  • Background in collections analysis, accounts receivable, and basic accounting is preferred.
  • High school diploma or GED is required.
  • High level of professionalism and strong interpersonal skills, organization, and communication.
  • Strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, excellent communication, proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Team-player with excitement for opportunities for growth and development.
