Job Title: Warehouse Dishwasher / Cleaner


Location: Kearney Mesa, near Convoy Street, San Diego, CA

Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Dishwasher to ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of all equipment, utensils, and work areas in our production facility. This role is essential to maintaining the hygiene and operational efficiency of our warehouse, which produces skincare and wellness products. The ideal candidate will take pride in their work, have a strong work ethic, and understand the importance of cleanliness in a manufacturing environment.


Key Responsibilities:

- Clean and sanitize pots, utensils, mixing bowls, and other kitchenware used in the production of skincare and wellness products.

- Wash and maintain the cleanliness of larger equipment such as scales, mixers, and blenders. Clean surfaces, fridges, and storage racks, ensuring all areas meet sanitation standards.

- Follow standard operating procedures for cleaning and sanitizing equipment, adhering to health and safety regulations.

- Handle and store cleaning supplies and chemicals in a safe and organized manner.

- Assist in maintaining an organized and efficient dishwashing station, ensuring all items are properly stored after cleaning.

- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly.

- Perform other related duties as assigned to support overall warehouse operations.


Qualifications:


Previous experience in a dishwasher or cleaning role in a warehouse, manufacturing, or food production environment preferred, but no prior experience is neccessary.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of cleanliness and attention to detail.

Familiarity with cleaning and sanitizing equipment and utensils used in a manufacturing setting.

Ability to stand for extended periods.

Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Schedule:


Full-time or part-time shifts available

Monday through Friday (occasional weekends as needed)

Compensation: Hourly rate starting at $25 / hour with potential for raises within first 6 months. End of year bonus included as well.
