We are excited to be hiring a dedicated Talent Acquisition Coordinator to our team, based in Stamford, Connecticut. In this role, you will be deeply involved in the comprehensive recruitment cycle, from sourcing potential candidates to supporting their integration into our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute significantly to our team's expansion and development.


Responsibilities:

• Proactively source potential candidates and establish first contact.

• Schedule and conduct initial screening calls with potential candidates.

• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.

• Administer background checks as part of the onboarding and offboarding process.

• Manage the collection of necessary employment documentation such as i9 information.

• Assist in the setup of W2's for new hires.

• Provide necessary supporting documentation related to health insurance.

• Write comprehensive and compelling job descriptions.

• Use recruitment tools such as Careerbuilder, ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode, and CRM effectively.

• Take on benefit functions and ensure that they are executed effectively.


Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years in a Recruitment role

• Ability to work independently and at a fast pace

• Proven experience using an applicant racking system
