We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst with the following skills:


Job Description:


  • Collaborating with the Product Management team: Work closely with the product management team to understand the product vision, roadmap, and strategic objectives. Provide input to product managers on the feasibility and impact of proposed features and enhancements. Collaborate on defining the minimum viable product (MVP) and prioritizing features for each release.


  • Requirements Gathering and Analysis: Ability to elicit and document requirements from stakeholders, ensuring they are clear, concise, and aligned with the product vision. The ability to analyze and break down complex requirements into smaller, manageable units (features, stories). Document detailed requirements in user stories, use cases, and other relevant artifacts.


  • User Story Definition and Acceptance Criteria: ability to define user stories in collaboration with the development team. Ensure that the user stories are well-written, actionable, and include acceptance criteria that align with the Definition of Complete.


  • Stakeholder Collaboration: ability to engage with various stakeholders, including end users, subject matter experts, and business leaders. Conduct workshops, interviews, and feedback sessions to understand requirements and gather valuable insights for the development team.


  • Agile/Scrum Ceremonies (Sprint Reviews, Demos, etc.): Actively participate in sprint reviews and product demos, ensuring that the developed features align with the intended functionality and meet stakeholder expectations. Gather and provide feedback for continuous improvement.


  • Feature & User Story Prioritization and Backlog Management: Assist in prioritizing the product backlog, focusing on delivering maximum value to the market (existing and potential customers). Collaborate with the Product Manager to understand business priorities and effectively manage the backlog in alignment with both the business and technical priorities.


  • Design collaboration and management: Lead and manage the creation of design requirements/tickets, interface and collaborate with the appropriate teams (UX, Architecture, etc.) and ensure the delivery of the necessary architecture and/or design patterns to support the product requirements.


  • Would be a plus to have strong SQL skills.
