Compri Consulting’s is searching for a Help Desk Specialist for a 12+ month contract. This position is fully onsite in Minneapolis, MN.


This role is for a PC refresh technician who would be responsible for replacing outdated hardware with new, pre-built equipment across various locations within the metro area. This resource will be working with end users to coordinate and schedule time for the refresh. Although most devices will be pre-configured, some minimal software installation may be required. This role involves traveling to multiple sites, including both office and power plant environments, with a target of completing 3-5 device refreshes each day. This resource will work within the Deskside Support team who will be building computers for this resource to then deploy the equipment.


  • Skills4-6 years of previous experience within a HelpDesk role.
  • Strong customer service skills are required.
  • Driver’s license and reliable transportation are required. May have fleet vehicles available, however, are on a first come/first serve basis.
  • Resource must have proficiency in Windows 11, Familiarity with general peripherals,
  • Experience with ServiceNow for managing and tracking tickets,
  • Knowledge of Active Directory and Azure AD for managing user and device access
  • Basic skills in PowerShell for occasional scripting tasks.
