General Position Summary

The Multimedia Specialist is responsible for developing, producing, editing and implementing quality video content and graphic application. This position is accountable for producing content for multiple digital channels, with a primary focus on video editing and in-store graphics (moving and static). This position works collaboratively with the creative team to develop digital and print content that reflects the strategic priorities and brand voice of the company. The Multimedia Specialist is responsible for performing the functions of an editor, including the ability to create amazing concepts.


Principle Duties and Responsibilities

  • Produce compelling video, audio, and motion graphics that deliver engaging content that drives traffic to stores, elevates the digital experience and builds brand affinity.
  • Produce and edit high-end short-form video that reinforces brand look and messaging.
  • Produce graphics and concepts that will live in a 3D instore environment.
  • Collaborate with team to develop, refine, communicate, and execute the creative brand vision.
  • Maintain brand identity for all produced retail and digital content.
  • Manage Video post-production for all promotions, campaigns, events and product collections.
  • Manage and organize photography and video library.
  • Create quality content that meets tight deadlines.
  • Influence the organization to continuously innovate.
  • Monitor consumer trends and look for opportunities to elevate content.


Requirements (knowledge, skills & abilities):

  • Bachelor degree in related field
  • Minimum of 3-4 years of photography and video production
  • Expert in graphics, video and audio editing using Adobe Suite
  • Demonstrated excellence in visual design, motion design and branding
  • Passion for storytelling and script writing.
  • Expert understanding video fundamentals and principles.
  • Expert experience with premier pro and mobile video editing (ex. capcut etc.)
  • Expert experience with Sketch-up 3D modeling program for store signage build outs and graphic application.
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Proven organizational skills, creativity, and professionalism
  • Superior interpersonal and verbal communication skills
  • Works well under pressure, responds to feedback well, and maintains a positive attitude
  • Strong work ethic with ability to effectively manage time and oversee internal and external projects
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
  • Strong ability to multi-task
  • Must be very organized and be able to prioritize and reprioritize assignments as needed
