We are seeking an experienced Senior .Net Developer with strong Azure skills to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain .Net applications: Design, code, test, and deploy robust and scalable applications using C#, ASP.NET, MVC, Web API, and related technologies.

Azure Integration: Utilize Azure services (such as Azure Functions, Azure paas, Logic Apps, Service Bus, and Azure SQL) to develop and deploy cloud-based solutions.

Onsite-Offshore Coordination: Facilitate effective communication between onsite and offshore teams, ensuring clarity in requirements, timelines, and deliverables.

Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative development environment.

Requirement Analysis: Work closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into technical specifications and actionable tasks.

Code Review and Quality Assurance: Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices, and participate in QA activities to ensure high-quality software delivery.

Agile Methodologies: Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives) and contribute to the continuous improvement of Agile practices within the team.

Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of design, development, and deployment processes.


Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in .Net development.


Technical Skills:

Proficient in C#, ASP.NET, MVC, Web API, and .Net Core.

Strong experience with Azure services including Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, Azure SQL, etc.

Familiarity with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks such as Angular or React is a plus.

Experience with DevOps practices and tools (CI/CD pipelines, Azure DevOps, Git) is highly desirable.


Soft Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proven ability to coordinate and work effectively with onsite and offshore teams.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certifications: Microsoft certifications in .Net and Azure are highly desirable.
