As a logistics provider, we utilize many modes of transportation to best fit our client’s needs through our 3 core service divisions (Courier, Freight & Brokerage). We understand our customers have many needs and they need a logistics partner who can be flexible and reliable in many areas. Between our 3 core services we execute our customer’s needs by supplying an array of services which allow us to deliver solutions and multiple options to best achieve reliable cost-effective service.


24/7 Express Logistics is seeking a high-energy, results driven Outside Sales Associate to grow our St Louis operation as well as assist in our Kansas City growth. There will be an emphasis on our Courier service offerings (on-demand, scheduled, routed, dedicated, trucking, etc.) but this position requires knowledge in our other core-service offerings that include (local and regional distribution (small parcel & freight), on-demand trucking, truckload, consolidation, warehousing, and dedicated fleet mgmt). This position will be responsible for educating and selling potential/existing customers while managing existing clients. Your main customer base will be small-to mid-size customers while seeking supply chain solutions and building long-term relationships. ONLY VERY SERIOUS & EXPERIENCED CANDIDATES APPLY. **CANDIDATES MUST BE CURRENTLY LIVING IN THE ST. LOUIS METRO AREA, OR HAVE HISTORY LIVING IN THE ST. LOUIS METRO AREA WITH A PLAN TO RELOCATE**


Responsibilities:

  • Prospect/Cold-Call for new customers with an emphasis on door-to-door
  • Qualify potential customers at all levels
  • Review sales activities and potential opportunities with management
  • Present proposals, offer solutions and close deals
  • Understand and generate new sales opportunities through analysis
  • Maintain & grow relationships with existing customers

  • Passion and drive to succeed for sales
  • Self-starter who is confident working independently
  • Expertise knowledge of the Courier Industry
  • Willingness to travel, as needed
  • Excellent verbal and communication skills
  • Attention to detail and strong analytical ability
  • Persistent, enthusiastic and confident approach with a strong ability to close the sales process
  • Knowledge & understanding of our freight service offerings (TL, VLTL, LTL)
  • Experience in the Transportation & Logistics Industry required (3 years minimum)
  • High Energy
