Office Manager


LHH has partnered with a growing client to help find a strong Office Manager in Nashville, TN to join their team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the office and ensuring the smooth execution of various office functions.

Responsibilities:

  • Run the front desk and be the first point of contact for incoming guests, clients, vendors, etc.
  • Answer incoming phone calls, respond to emails, and delegate communication effectively.
  • Restock office supplies and set up conference rooms based on internal and external meetings.
  • Sort through incoming mail and deliveries.
  • Help with other administrative duties including data entry, research, and other office projects.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience of administrative support experience or a similar role.
  • HS Diploma required, Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
  • Team player.

Schedule:

  • Full-time, 40 hours
  • Monday to Friday
  • 8:30am-5:00pm

Location:

  • Nashville, TN


Pay and Benefits:

  • $20-25/HR, depending on experience
