The Travel Allied Recruiting Manager will lead and grow our recruiting team focused on permanent placements for healthcare professionals.


Responsibilities

  • Provides targeted and specific coaching through team meeting and one on ones to review KPIs and performance
  • Ability to problem solve and provide conflict resolution proactively
  • Monitor productivity and make adjustments when necessary to ensure efficient and effective, procedures are developed and implemented
  • Clearly communicate and discuss expectations for both yourself and your direct reports
  • Oversee production and ensure weekly/monthly goals are being met
  • Understand the StaffDNA processes, technologies, and desired outcomes aligned with the allied travel division
  • Utilize strategic thinking to effectively problem-solve and overcome challenges, providing creative solutions and driving continuous improvement


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 5+ years of experience in the staffing industry with relevant experience in managing a team in travel staffing
  • Proven ability to mentor and provide guidance to employees
  • Strong motivation to achieve results and hit goals
  • Proven success in a metrics driven environment
  • Excellent technical skills
