The ideal Corporate Law Associate candidate will possess:

  • At least one (1+ ) years of general Corporate experience
  • Drafting and negotiating contracts
  • Some experience within M&A
  • Tax experience and/or banking and lending experience a plus, but not required
  • Strong ties to Cincinnati with the desire to remain long-term
  • OH Licensure or ability to waive in


Pay is top tier with bonus eligibility.
