Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Architect with extensive experience in Lightning Web Components (LWC) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise in Salesforce platform architecture, particularly in designing and developing enterprise-level solutions using LWC. As a Salesforce Architect, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable, and secure solutions that align with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architecture Design & Development:
- Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions with a focus on Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Provide technical leadership and oversight on complex projects, ensuring the architecture meets scalability, performance, and security requirements.
- Develop and enforce best practices for coding standards, design patterns, and security considerations specific to LWC.
- Technical Leadership:
- Guide and mentor development teams in adopting LWC and modern web development practices.
- Conduct code reviews, provide feedback, and ensure adherence to Salesforce development standards.
- Lead architectural discussions and decision-making processes related to Salesforce solutions.
- Solution Strategy & Planning:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Develop comprehensive architectural documentation, including solution design, data models, integration strategies, and deployment plans.
- Evaluate new Salesforce features and LWC updates to recommend enhancements and optimizations for existing solutions.
- Integration & Customization:
- Design and implement integrations with third-party systems, leveraging APIs, Apex, and LWC.
- Customize Salesforce applications using LWC, Apex, Visualforce, and other relevant technologies.
- Ensure data integrity and consistency across all integrated systems and applications.
- Performance Optimization & Troubleshooting:
- Analyze and optimize performance of LWC components and Salesforce applications.
- Identify and resolve technical issues, providing support to development teams and end-users as needed.
- Continuously monitor and improve the efficiency of Salesforce applications.
Qualifications:
- Education:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience:
- 7+ years of experience in Salesforce development, with at least 3+ years focused on Lightning Web Components.
- Proven experience in architecting and delivering large-scale Salesforce solutions.
- Strong background in web development (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript) and front-end frameworks.
- Certifications:
- Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or Salesforce Certified Application Architect.
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I & II.
- Skills:
- Expertise in Lightning Web Components, Apex, SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce data modeling.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce integration patterns, APIs (REST, SOAP), and middleware.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication, leadership, and mentoring skills.
