Technical Project Manager (Agile/Scrum) III Location: Onsite – Philadelphia, PA or Denver, COOverview:We are seeking a highly experienced Technical Project Manager to lead complex, enterprise-wide IT programs within a cloud and Agile environment. This role will manage multiple high-impact projects, work across engineering and deployment teams, and partner closely with business and IT leadership.Key Responsibilities:Manage one or more complex, enterprise-level IT programs consisting of multiple projectsLead projects in an Agile/Scrum environment; serve as an experienced Scrum MasterCoach teams on Agile principles, processes, and toolsTrack and report on KPIs, schedules, resources, budgets, and milestonesDevelop program strategy, business cases, and high-level enterprise project plansEnsure integration across projects and adjust scope, timelines, and budgets as neededIdentify delivery risks and drive mitigation strategiesCoordinate work across multiple engineering and development teamsAct as a bridge between engineering and deployment to ensure scalable, sustainable solutionsPartner with senior leadership to align IT initiatives with business objectivesSupport cloud infrastructure initiatives, including public/private cloud migrationsParticipate in FinOps-related work, including cloud cost optimization and tools evaluationRequired Skills & Experience:Bachelor’s or master’s degree (or equivalent experience)8–10 years of Project Management experience in an Agile environmentStrong Scrum Master experience with a servant-leader mindsetProject Management certification requiredExcellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skillsProven ability to manage large, cross-functional, technical programsPreferred Experience:Prior experience in a telecom environmentCloud experience (AWS preferred)Infrastructure and hardware deployment experienceExposure to OpenStack (nice to have, not required)Telecom or Freewheel experience is a plusWork Model:Onsite role (Philadelphia, PA or Denver, CO)No certifications required beyond PM certificationWhat you didn’t know about us:Competitive salaryHealth, Dental and Vision BenefitsShort/Long Term Disability and Critical Care/Illness ProtectionLife Insurance and Retirement PlansEmployee Assistance ProgramWith this position, you will get the opportunity to work with our game changing clients and further advance your already valuable experience in the telecom industryWe are Connectors.
