Insulation Salesperson

Greenstamp is a company located in Waltham, MA that specializes in energy-efficient and environmentally friendly projects. We work with Real Estate Developers, General Contractors, architects, and homeowners to provide expert solutions for building envelopes.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site and on the road role for an Insulation Salesperson. The Insulation Salesperson will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to selling insulation products and services. This includes meeting with clients, understanding their insulation needs, providing recommendations, preparing quotes, and closing sales. The Insulation Salesperson will also be responsible for managing customer relationships and coordinating with the installation team.

Qualifications

• Sales skills, including prospecting, negotiation, and closing
• BPI Certifications for building Analyst & Envelope Specialist a Plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of insulation products and building science
• Ability to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions
• Organization and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the construction or building industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
