Currently, StaffBright has a great hybrid Account Specialist opportunity in the Greater Cleveland area. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to kickstart their career or for someone who is looking to grow their career with just a couple of years’ experience. Minimal experience necessary. The ideal candidate will have a strong desire to learn and be a self-starter.


What You Will Be Doing

· Analyze Request For Quotation (RFQ) from the customer

· Start-up RFQ with existing supply base (with support from purchasing)

· Prepare and present the offer to the customer

· Revise purchase orders from customer according to offer

· Create and manage the purchase order agreements

· First point of contact to the customer and liaison with the internal departments and supply base

· Analyze the customer base in order to gain more business (part –service)

· Implementation & follow-up of new customers & projects

· Update and maintain customer records


What We Need From You

To be considered for this role, candidates must have the following experience and skills:

· Bachelor’s degree preferred

· Strong Microsoft Excel skills

· Proactive mindset


All-Star Skillset

The ideal candidate will also have any or all of the following preferred experience and skills:

· Automotive experience

· SAP experience
