Responsibilities:

  1. Install and configure hardware, including advanced networking components, following guidance from higher-level IT personnel.
  2. Perform routine operational tasks, such as backups, as needed.
  3. Conduct regular maintenance on hardware and install updates for desktop applications.
  4. Implement measures for virus protection and detection.
  5. Address basic hardware and software issues for end users.
  6. Provide basic training on hardware and software usage.
  7. Collaborate with vendors for hardware and software support.
  8. Maintain licensing records for desktop applications and ensure compliance at the user level.
  9. Develop documentation for end user hardware and software processes.
  10. Execute tasks with minimal supervision.
  11. Support in room setup for various events.
  12. Assist in setting up and operating audio equipment for events.
  13. Contribute to IT projects.
  14. Prepare reports for work performed.
  15. Fulfill other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications (Education & Experience):

  1. 1-2 years of experience in a dynamic work environment.
  2. 0-2 years of experience in IT.
  3. Familiarity with networking concepts.
  4. Knowledge of personal computers, servers, and related technologies.
  5. Familiarity with relevant systems and applications.
  6. Proficiency in standard office applications.
  7. Good understanding of various operating systems.
  8. Strong focus on customer service.
  9. Ability to handle physical tasks, including lifting and using ladders.
  10. Willingness to obtain required licenses.
  11. Familiarity with system navigation and commands.
