Position Overview: We are seeking a seasoned Oracle MFG Senior Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Oracle Manufacturing modules and a proven track record in implementation and support projects.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and contribute to complex Oracle MFG implementation and support projects.
  • Provide expert-level consulting services in areas such as Bill of Materials (BOM), Work-in-Progress (WIP), and other manufacturing processes.
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Configure and customize Oracle MFG applications to meet specific client needs.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members.


Required Qualifications:

  • 8-10 years of overall IT experience.
  • At least 6 years of hands-on experience with Oracle MFG modules, preferably in a consulting or implementation role.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and industry best practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Oracle certifications in relevant modules.
  • Experience with Oracle Cloud Manufacturing.
  • Knowledge of industry-specific manufacturing processes (e.g., discrete manufacturing, process manufacturing).
