The Project Manager position at Engineered Facades, Inc. reports directly to the Executive Vice President. The primary responsibility of the project manager is the planning, management, customer satisfaction and financial success of our construction projects. Tasks to fulfill these requirements may include, but are not limited to:


  • Provide overall project coordination, planning and scheduling.
  • Comply with quality standards for product procurement and delivery.
  • Maintain schedule and deliver projects on time
  • Send/manage/maintain project management documents
  • Monetary management including cost tracking, billings & cash flow.
  • Monitor resource allocation and manage labor, materials, and equipment.
  • Prepare and manage change orders, submittals, RFIs, and Contracts.
  • Manage punch-list completion and project close-out including warranties and other documents.
  • Perform regular Jobsite visitations.
  • Continue your education to develop personally and build a knowledge base of the various materials and systems we install.
  • Attend company meetings as necessary
  • Other duties as assigned.


Requirements:

Graduated with a four-year degree in Building Construction Management Technology, Construction Engineering & Management or related field. Has relevant experience working in the construction industry for at least five years. Skills for this position include:

  • Knowledge of construction principles, techniques and procedures
  • Excellent communication skills and organizational skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a timely fashion
  • Strong interpersonal skills and able to work in a team environment
  • Experience with Microsoft Office’s word processor, spreadsheets, presentation, and e-mail tools
  • Ability to read architectural plans and specifications
  • CPM scheduling experience and estimating experience beneficial
  • Ability to travel out of state on a regular basis per project requirements
