Work Model: 4 days in the office per week in Short Hills, NJ

Responsibilities:

• Ensure accurate Equities and FX trade capture for a high volume environment

• Work with counterparties to resolve discrepancies in real-time

• Monitor and process trade life-cycle events

• Manage trade affirmation/confirmation processes and reconcile breaks

• Participate in projects to improve processes


Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelors degree completed

• 9+ years of Domestic & International Equities Operations focus with an asset manager, prime broker, or fund administrator

• Advanced Excel skills

• Strong problem solving ability

• Excellent verbal and written communication/presentation skills

• Exposure to Equities, OTC derivatives, and FX trades is advantageous
