What you will do:
- Conduct initial & follow-up behavioral assessments with patients.
- Develop and complete initial and reauthorization treatment plans in compliance with insurance and BACB standards.
- Develop, lead implementation of, and monitor individualized treatment programs.
- Provide field supervision of Registered Behavior / ABA therapists in compliance with insurance and BACB standards.
- Provide consultation and training to parents, contracted school personnel, and therapeutic support staff.
- Complete ongoing training and compliance requirements, including annual authorization reports, clinical updates, and crisis plans.
- Support other clinical activities as requested by supervisor.
What you will bring to the team:
- Board certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA, BCBA-D) with license for assigned state(s)
- 1+ years of professional experience as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) working with clients with ASD.
- Experience using ABLLS, VB-MAPP, PEAK, Vineland and QABF, MAS, FAST and Functional Behavior Assessments.
- Maintain CEU requirement and BCBA credential with Behavior Analytic Certification Board (BACB).
- Works with integrity and adheres to the BACB Ethical Code.
- Strong written and oral communication skills along with strong interpersonal skills.
Working Conditions:
- Local travel (50% estimated, depending on need) during business hours (7 AM - 7 PM).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical activities like walking and bending.
