Construction Superintendent

Day to Day:

A commercial Development company is looking for a Superintendent to join their team of 7 Superintendents working on a large retail space in Johnstown, Colorado for a 6-8 month contract. This Superintendent will play a crucial role overseeing the construction of a large Grocery Store within the retail space. The Structure/Steel and electricity is completed at this time, responsibilities will include partnering with the refrigeration consultant and interior/exterior finish on the store.

• Lead and handle the on-site subcontractors
• Build rapport with subcontractors
• Liaise with inspection authorities to ensure approvals
• Watch overall works on site
• Maintain site personnel daily records of field orders and field reports
• Attend production meetings
• Complete the staff project schedule
• Ensure adherence to the on-site safety standards, compliance, orderliness, cleanliness and construction regulations
• Ensure the project deadlines are met
• Ensure quality standards are met
• Ensure equipment and materials are available on site
