Senior Analyst


Our global, public service client is seeking a Senior Analyst to join their Conshohocken, PA location. Hybrid work environment.


The Analyst will be responsible for region specific modeling, forecasting/budgeting, financial analysis, consolidation, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate will be a proactive self-starter, and the role offers opportunity for exposure and career growth.


Responsibilities:

  • Collaborating with leadership on budget development, including growth projection, expense analysis, and revenue trending
  • Overseeing forecasting process for assigned region
  • Performing variance investigation and analysis
  • Preparing leadership level presentations, with focus on initiatives, results, and key business decisions
  • Providing finance and/or operations decision support
  • Ad hoc modeling and analysis


Skills/ Competencies:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline
  • 2-7 years accounting/finance experience
  • Thorough knowledge of GAAP and budgeting and cost control principles
  • Excel proficiency
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
  • SQL a plus


Additional Details:

Salary: $90-$115k + bonus
